A/P Associates was organized in 1980 as an independent planning consulting firm to provide comprehensive planning services to public agencies and private clients.

A/P Associates has over 25 years of professional experience in local and state levels of planning. The firm has been involved in a wide variety of planning, redevelopment and real estate development projects throughout Utah and the Intermountain West.

A/P Associates has extensive experience in developing comprehensive plans and related land use controls. The firm has expertise in developing growth management plans for energy impacted communities, and in more traditional comprehensive plan updates.
